Artist, album and friends' pages are stuck on the loading screen

Hi, whenever I open spotify on my Mac, it will work very smoothly and I will encounter no problems. However, this period is only momentary and next thing I know, whenever I try and open an album, artist or friend's spotify page I will be stuck with a loading bar that never loads. The only way I temporarily can solve this is by waiting for about 10 minutes or restarting spotify. I have a very good internet connection, so I know the problem cannot be from that. Any ideas?

That doesn't sound cool.

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.
