Artists Unfollowed

You have a community post saying solved but this issue has never been solved, artists continue to be unfollowed.

in my case on my iPhone 6 runnnunt iOS 10, with a premium account there are still artists being unfollowed randomly and without any of my own input which is incredibly frustrating specifically knowing this has been a recurring issue since 2013. Just today I had to refollow the following artists, HOMESHAKE, Ana Tijoux, Rise Against, Green Day, and Caleborate. I would appreciate if this issue was taking seriously and solved instead of just being brushed over, over and over again.

That's odd. Could you send us your Spotify version numbers? Also, is this only happening to these artists, or any random artist?

If you have access to a different device, try using it and following the artists from there to see if it behaves the same.
