Automatic bookmark for Audio books is not working

My Question or Issue

Automatic bookmark for Audio books is not working. If I want to stop listening to an  audio book switching to listening musik and later I want to continue with my audio book, it should start at the moment I have stoped listening to it. Is this feature still an idea or is it basically not working?

When you stop listening to an audiobook halfway or at a certain point, you’re able to resume where you left off when you return back to the audiobook. Let’s try a few steps so we can solve this or narrow down the root cause of what’s causing your issue. Can you try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps? These steps are more thorough than the simple reinstall and can solve common issues.

If you're still having trouble, can you let me know if this happens on Desktop only, or if this happens on a mobile device as well? You can also check to see if the progress bar from where you left off shows up on the Web Player?
