Automatic song change

Automatic song change

Since yesterday I can't listen to any song in Spotify, neither in mobile Android app nor Mac desktop app. I have a premium account.

 

Every song change automatically to other in the playlist or the album. Sometimes after few seconds, sometimes without playing at all.

 

Mac info: version 10.14.2

Android info: version 8.0.0

 

I try to change the password of my account, logout from all devices... everything I found in the community with similar posts. Nothing solve the problem.

Just to clarify, does this occur while you're using Spotify Connect? Does it happen in any playlist, or a certain one? 

 

If both devices are connected on the same network connection when this happens, we'd suggest trying a different network connection. If it works with another connection, we recommend contacting the service provider of the original network for more information.

 

We'd also suggest checking this support site article, if you haven't already as it offers some additional steps to try.
