My Question or Issue

Autoplay is not working. I have tried turning it on and off, tested with both on and off on playlists, albums and songs. Also with and without shuffle activated.

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

 

Can you try running a clean reinstall of the app, following the steps provided in this Guide.

 

If that does not help, let us know the following:

  • Can you start song/playlist Radio
  • Does Autoplay misfunction on every playlist
  • Is this happening only on your computer, or on all devices including the Web player

Same here. Followed all the steps you suggested. No way to fix it. Please, help.
