Autostart disabled @Login items & app - STILL starts at login

Hi Spotify Community!

I have a problem with Spotify desktop on Mac. The app persistently starts at login, even though I've followed all the steps to disable the behaviour:
- I've unchecked Spotify on Users & Groups settings' Login items tab.
- I've changed the setting in Spotify app's Advanced settings.

These actions combined haven't prevented Spotify to blast me with a full fledged user interface on every login.

Any help with the issue?

I'm running Mac OS 10.13.3 on MBP. The Spotify app version is 1.0.74.380.g1fcff12a.

All right, reinstalling the app defaulted to targeted behavior.
