BUG: Daily Mixes don't continuously play, and don't refresh (Spotify Connect from OSX)

Using 1.0.70.388.g8e1ed5af when listening via a Spotify Connect-enabled hifi, Daily Mixes are not playing continuously - stopping at the end of the visible playlist. "More songs load as you listen", the desktop app says, helpfully - but they don't.

Possibly connected to the above, my Daily Mixes do not appear to regenerate more often than every week or so. The FAQ says they should refresh "within a day of when you last listened to it" - this isn't happening either.

Additionally, I note that while the Daily Mix 1 on the OSX desktop app hasn't refreshed over the past three days, Daily Mix 1 on my Android app has done so. I've kicked that off playing to see whether it will play continuously.
