Being Online

My desktop spotify just keeps on saying im offline, but i am connected to an online wifi. I tried redownloading it, but it wouldnt work.

Hope you're doing great!

Could you make sure that offline mode is set to OFF: 

1. Open Spotify.
2. Click Spotify in the Apple menu at the top of the screen.
3. Select Offline Mode.

If you're on Premium, could you try removing your registered offline devices here? Also, could you tell me if this happens using a different internet connection?

Hi, it didnt work after i tried removing my device. It doesn't occur with other networks, but is there a way of fixing it?

If this isn't happening with other internet networks, I'd recommend restarting your router to see if that makes a difference. If that doesn't help, then it would be best to contact your internet company to see what they can do about this.
