My Question or Issue

Hi, For months now Spotify won't load playlist views or artist pages (nav does show up). I've reinstalled the app and cleared the cache multiple times and the issue always reappears one or two days later.

We'd suggest you restart the device and log out and log into account. You can also follow these steps and run a clean reinstall.

 

If that doesn't help you can try with another network. Does this happen on other devices as well?
