Tried everything I could think of...
Quitting the app (had to force quit it)
Restarted my laptop.
Deleted the ru.mo thing
Reinstalled the app.
My internet is working fine obviously.
The problem may be with the translation files.
Go to /Applications/Spotify.app/Contents/Resources/locales
and delete all language files except English.
