[Bug] Playlist description text is not saved

macOS Catalina 10.15.2

My Question or Issue

I had one playlist whose description I was trying to change. I changed the text, saved, the description changed, but when I changed to another playlist and back, the old description was there again. I could rerun this over and over again until the app restart cleared the issue.

Ok turns out a restart doesn't fix this. I cannot change descriptions of any shared playlist but of all of my private and collaborative playlists.
