Bug on touch bar when skipping back to beginning of track

Not sure if this is a spotify or apple issue but when outside of the spotify app, using the 'equaliser' icon on the touchbar, it expands to show the scrub bar as well as skip back pause and skip fwd buttons, when using the skip back button the scrubber stays where it is (mid song) and continues, even though the song has been restarted
