Basically:

1) Starting out from "Browse", click on "Radio"

2) before Radio loads, click back on "Browse"

3) A moment after Browse loads, the main content will be replaced by Radio.

This works when switching between essentially any left-menu-thing areas, though admittedly you do have to click reasonably quickly.
