CTRL+A not working in liked songs

My Question or Issue

I want to migrate my liked songs to a playlist so to better manage and share them. using CTRL+A only selects 99 songs. This is not the intended behavior of "select all" (I have 1000+ songs liked) nor in line with the suggested answers given in several user questions (this question and this one ) regarding sharing their playlists. 

Following reddit conversations, the suggested solution is going through third party software (e.g. this one). I find this to be a sub-optimal service for my premium membership. Please advise. thanks.
