Can Podcasts Load in order of most recently updated on Macbook Desktop app akin to iPhone app?

The major reason I don't use the desktop app is because in the podcast tab, the podcasts you follow are listed by the ones most recently ADDED by you or by name - not by the ones most recently updated themselves (like in the iPhone app.) Is there any way to solve this on our own, or would Spotify have to update? It seriously causes me to not use Spotify over other podcast platforms on my laptop for this reason.
