Hi,
I've being using Spotify properly for several years, with no problem. Yesterday, I found the app unistalled and downloaded a new version (I did nothing, it was an strange automatic process). The problem is that the new installation allways stuck. I tried it serveral times, including a new installation (I erased everithing), but no resilts.
Any help?

My first suggestion is that you try using this free app cleaner. It has helped lots of Mac users with similar issues.

When you open up the app, click the search icon and search for Spotify and it will automatically find and delete all files on your computer related to Spotify.
After that, download and reinstall Spotify.
Note: after you reinstall make sure to go into the Spotify settings and redo your preferences.
