Can's play any song on mac

My Question or Issue

At first it only plays songs that have been cached on the mac, couldn't any other new songs found in the search bar or playlists. I unistalled the whole thing using an app called CleanMyMac 3 and reinstalled it from the spotify website. However, after this i couldn't play any single song even from playlists i've made or just a song found in search bar, and in fact there's no songs in my playlists at all and when i click play from "my daily mix" it does not show any suggestions that it is playing a song. Also i've tried with different accounts and with different internet connections (ie 4G wifi) but the problem still exists.
