Can't Download Spotify

My Spotify always appeared offline and I could change this so I decided to reinstall the app but after I download the file from the Internet when I try open this file it come up with an Error, "download failed, trying again in x seconds"

Then after this comes up 3 or 4 times it comes up with another error saying "An SSL error has occured and a secure connection to the server cannot be made"

How can I fix this?

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I checked and the latest version for macOS is 10.13.6 while you have 10.13.13

Try to update your OS before trying the steps suggested above my reply 🙂
