For the past week I have been unable to play any music on Spotify. Every song that I click play on gives me an error banner: "Can't Play Current Song."


I have tried the following troubleshooting ideas:

1. Remove Hardware Acceleration

2. Turn on Hardware Acceleration

3. Verify payment of premium account

4. Play downloaded songs offline

5. Uninstall and Reinstall apps


This is really a bummer as I am paying for a premium service and am unable to listen to any music.

Could you try the steps from this Spotify Answer?


I'd also recommend updating to latest macOS and iOS versions for your devices.
