Can't Play the Current Song?

My Question or Issue:

So I'm studying in South Korea for three months and I have premium which means I shouldn't have a problem listening on my laptop, but almost every song lags and stops in the middle and the "Can't play current song" label shows up on top. If I pause for a bit, the song continues without issue for a while, then lags again. Is this an issue of location or something? My wifi is stable, so it's not a connectivity issue. This happens on the Web Player as well.
