Can't drag songs in Spotify?

I'm having an issue with dragging songs since the latest update of Spotify. Anytime I try to drag a song anywhere, Spotify won't respond to any controls after that? For instance, I can have something playing, and then I try to drag a song to change the order, drag it to add to a playlist or anything else, this causes Spotify to "freeze" and won't respond to anything. The songs/list currently playing will still keep on playing, but no controls work anymore. Can't even scroll in the playlist, clicking on another playlist or browse or anything else and nothing happens... The only way out is to quit Spotify. Does anyone else have this issue? I've tried reinstalling, but the same issue remains.

Mac: MacOS Sierra version 10.12.6
