Can't edit playlists on Mac

Hi I have Spotify premium, using on Mac OS. I have lost the ability to edit playlist names and artwork on the desktop app. I can change playlist name still on my Android (s9) phone. I've tried searching and searching but can't find a solution. What's going on?
