Can't import local files since new update

When I click on file there used to be an option to import local files but it's now gone since last updates.

Any solutions?

Hey @timsandler! Welcome to the Spotify Community. ^^

Here's a little tutorial on how to import 'Local Files':

1. Click  in the top-right corner of the app and select Settings. 
2. Scroll down to Local Files. 
3. Any files in My Music, Downloads, and iTunes folders are automatically selected. Switch off any sources you don't want Spotify to access. 
4. Click ADD SOURCE to select another folder from which Spotify can access your personal music files.

I knew that already. As you said iTunes was already switched on as a source but I still can't import files onto playlists, that's the problem.


Before there was an import file option but now it's gone
