Can't make playlist public anymore

There seems to be no option to make a playlist public anymore, has this functionality changed because of an update?

Thanks for getting in touch!

It looks like the playlist is already public. You can see this because currently the menu displays "Make Secret".

Keep in mind that it can take a bit before other users can see the changes take effect.
