Can't play playlist or music at all...

Can't play playlist or music at all...

I have spotify on a chromebook and that's it. I have an issue. It is only on a song, but won't play it. I can't play any others and can't select a playlist. I have tried logging out and back inot my account, shutting off my computer, refreshing it, and even un-bookmarking it. It still isn't working and hasn't been all week.

Could you let us know what device, operating system, and Spotify version you're using? Also, are you getting any error messages when trying to play a song?

 

We'd recommend reinstalling the app by following the steps here.
