My Question or Issue

Spotify worked recently but just upgraded OS to Catalina, 10.15.7. Now it only plays about 10 seconds of each song then says "Can't play the current song".

 

Anybody else have this problem?

Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out.

 

You can start off by performing a clean reinstall of the app with the steps here.

 

It's also a good idea to give your device a quick restart before you open the newly installed app.

That’s great, now would you please convince your superiors to add an equalizer to the desktop version so I can actually listen to it?

I might actually upgrade to a paid version if you ever do this. Otherwise, I’m looking for an alternative player.
