Can't right click on now playing album art

My Question or Issue

Since a couple of days ago I can no longer right click on the now playing album art at the bottom lefthand corner of the application.  

Before, it was really simple to right click to share a song, but now you have to left click it (which highlights the song playing in its playlist) and then right-click that.  Not a huge change, but adds an extra click to a process that wasn't broken before.

Is this a bug, or is this the new way the app is?

I have been having the same issue.

This issue was just fixed in the web player at open.spotify.com and since the web player and desktop app share the same infrastructure then that means the fix should also be rolled out to the desktop app soon.

Having the same issue as updating the desktop app this morning. Hope this gets resolved soon, as this is a feature I use super regularly.
