Can't sync local files to Macbook spotify client

Hi,

I have 4 devices connected to my spotify account. A Desktop PC, a Macbook, an iPhone and an iPad. I store all my local files in the PC, and the sync works perfectly with the mobile devices; however it doesn't work with the Macbook. I followed all the steps in the instructions page but it still no luck. I also tried to import all the files to the Macbook, and spotify show them on the local files page, but again, by switching the download button on in the playlist, nothings changes.

Can you let me know the exact device, operating system, and version of Spotify you're having trouble with? Also, are you following the steps at https://support.spotify.com/using_spotify/features/listen-to-local-files/ ?

In the meantime, you mentioned you're trying to listen to them offline. It's worth noting you can download up to 3,333 songs per device, on a maximum of 3 different devices.
