Can't turn on shuffle play

Hi, I'm unable to turn on shuffle play on the desktop app. I've logged in and out and restarted the app but still doesn't work. The plan I'm using is premium.

Make sure your first step is running a clean reinstall of Spotify on your PC. This will remove any corrupted data from previous installations which might be preventing the app to operate at full capacity. 

If this persists, check if your hosts file includes entries that need to be removed. Follow these steps on how to do this.
