Can't watch music videos on iMac

It shows but is greyed out on Spotify new app in iMac so cant watch music videos anymore with a premium membership

Is the Switch to video button greyed out or did you mean something else? Does it only happen in the desktop app on your Mac or in the mobile app and Web Player as well? It'd be great if you can give another network connection a shot just to rule out any connectivity issues (you can try a different WiFi or start a hotspot on your phone).

Also, were you able to watch videos before and can you let us know when this started happening - was it after a specific event like an OS or app update? Another thing we'd recommend doing is performing a clean reinstall of the app to make sure any damaged cache will be removed. It's also worth asking a friend or a relative to log in their own account on your Mac to check if they're able to play videos to see if it's account-related.
