Canceled family subscription but still paying

Canceled family subscription but still paying

Hi folks, I am spotify premium user and I was paying 10$ each month. Then I've added one spotify family account and I was paying for about 16$ per month. After some time I've deleted this account from my spotify family list and now I'm paying 15$ per month. Can someone explain me why is that so and why am I paying more now?

Two hours and still no answer?

Feels like there is no one in here around for basic billing support.

 

Is your account related with real family/closer people? Check with the family subscriptors to undo such subscription. But yeah, unsubscribing from the account that holds payments should do the whole thing. You will need official support on here.

It was my ex-wife's account that was added as a family. Yes, after I've canceled her as a family subscriber, her premium account was canceled, and as far as I know - she got her own premium account now.
