Cannot Download Songs on my Premium

Cannot Download Songs on my Premium

I am trying to download playlist on my account, which is a premium account and I am getting this error message below. Any ideas? It is on the app for a mac computer.

Could you doublecheck that you're logged in on the right account? If you have a Premium account, this feature should be accessible. Here is a guide how to check if you have more than one account.
