Cannot disable "Automatically make new playlists public" and "Show my current Top Artists"

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Settings with Cmd+,
2. Disable "Automatically make new playlists public" and "Show my current Top Artists".
3. Quit Spotify then restart.
4. Go back to settins with Cmd+,

Expected:

 "Automatically make new playlists public" and "Show my current Top Artists" are still disabled

Actual:

Both settings are re-enabled.

Notes:

I am using Spotify 1.0.77.338.g758ebd78 on macOS 10.13.3 (High Sierra).
