Cannot move song from one folder's playlist to another folder's playlist

I have 2 different folders (not nested) or even a playlist not nested in the folder, if I try to move a track from that playlist to the folder's playlist the track does not move. No matter how you drag and drop, either from the playlist to the side column playlist or even if you play it and drop it into the side column. Only way to add it is by playing it and dropping it in-between tracks in the playlist you want to add it in.

Already tried exiting app and checking if that fixes it.

This just started in the latest release.
