Cant Like songs - The green heart disappears shortly after adding

What is wrong with my Spotify. Anyone else had the same problem? I can't like more songs. Currently some 6300 songs that I have liked, and for a couple of weeks now, I have not been able to like more songs on my Spotify on MacBook Pro macOS Catalina, Version 10.15.7 and Spotify App version Spotify – macOS (Intel)
1.1.98.691.gf759311c.

The heart button is always present in the Now playing view. Some users may have a different icon (a + sign) as part of a test we're currently running. However, if you don't have it, this could be related to some damaged cache stored on your device from previous versions.

In this case, we'd first recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article. This is often an overlooked step, but it's more thorough than a quick one and can be helpful in getting rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.

If the issue persists, would you mind checking if it happens when using a different device? This will give us a better look at the issue to continue investigating it.
