Cant see Playlists in Context Menu

Brief description of the issue:

When right click on a song abd i want to add this song to a specific playlist, i cant sse my playlists. Only the "create new playlist" function.

After listening to songs a few minutes some playlists can be selected (not all, just 4 of around 30)

Workaround:

Go to the playlist you want to add your song to, listen to a song. Try again and the playlist can be selected.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Right click on a song
2. Add to playlist
3. -> no playlists shown, only "create new playlist"
