Change profile picture(desktop)

I am on a Mac/desktop, and the "change" button is not below my picture on my account. I have tried Settings, Account, etc. and I cannot find where I can change my picture. I do not have Facebook linked.

I have the same prolem as you! I have Windows 10 version on my desktop. This problem came when few days ago I updated my spotify.
