Connected to a device will switch during song

Hello! I've been having spotify issues for quite some time. It will log me out of my iPhone device, it will also switch songs/devices when I'm using my desktop with my Mac. How do I resolve this?

First of all, I suggest that you sign out of Spotify wherever you’re logged on.

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click SIGN OUT EVERYWHERE.

​If you’re at all worried about the security of your account, you can also reset your password.
