Contact an artist

How do i contact an artist? 

The song 'You and I' by Mayday is not on iTunes or anywhere I can find apart form on spotify...

I want to use this track from something so want to buy the track / contact the owner....

It's not possible to contact artists through Spotify, but you could look online to see if they have contact info on a social media page or through their label.
I know some artists have management and contact info on their personal websites or Facebook pages for booking/questions/etc...
