Found on some tracks in the Spotify desktop app.

Went through the documentation without finding any icon guide, does anybody know what it is?

You can see this icon next to the title of podcast episodes. The icon represents the progress you've made on a particular episode. 

The full moon means you've listened to the episode until the end, while the half moon indicates that you listened to the episode to some extent, but didn't finish the complete piece.
