Custom Playlist Art Not Saving

My appoligies if this has already been reported, I couldn't find anything on Google or Spotify Help. 

Currently when uploading cover art, it uploads fine and displays correctly but upon leaving and returning to the playlist the custom artwork is gone and replaced with the old playlist art which was auto generated by spotify. 

I understand that uploading your own cover art for playlists is a new feature and it might take some time to work at the kinks.

I'm receving this error from the Mac OSX 10.10 client and Android 4.4.4
