My Question or Issue
This morning Spotify desktop app wasn't loading fine and I removed. After that, I tried to download the app to install it again but seems to not be working (see attached), it keep saying download error. I tried several times during the day with no luck. I was working so internet is not the issue. Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out about this.
In this case, we suggest that you make sure to delete all Spotify files that might still remain on your PC before trying to install de app again. You can take a look at these steps to know where you can find them.
If this doesn't do the trick, we recommend checking your firewall and antivirus to make sure Spotify is set as an exception.
