Daily Drive does not play Podcasts, but music

Hi there,

I do like to hear my Daily Drive on my iMac. However, music is playing only. Every time podcasts and the like are in the playlists, I do not hear anything. At the next music, I hear sound again.

What blocks the transmission of Podcast in Daily Drive?

Is there anything to be put on a whitelist?

As a Firewall I use Little Snitch. However, there is no rule, which I could connect to this problem.

As a DNS serve I use PI hole on a Raspberry PI. However, I didn't find any hint for a wrong blacklisting.

Please give me any hint, where to look for and which address to be put on a whitelist.

PS: At my iPhone 11 all is working fine with my account.

My Question or Issue

I just found the mistake: it's the AirPlay option. Once I switch from AirPlay to my Max2Play on another Raspberry PI to my MacBook loudspeaker, it is working.

Why is podcasting restricted to local loudspeaker and not allowed for AirPlay???
