Daily Wellness mixes on desktop

Premium in  US on a macbook pro w catalina

i love the new daily wellness mixes that include music and talking. however, i can't play the talking portion on my desktop. everytime i click play  on one of the talks (power of visualization, friday wake up, we are who we are), it immediately jumps to the music. i have to press play on my phone in order to get it to play.

anyone else having this problem??

mines is the same and i can't seem to get the latest version - its always a few days behind. fine on mobile though

I've been having that issue on my app. Never tried on the desktop. Anyone have a fix?

It's possible that some of the apps files on your desktop have gotten corrupted and are causing this playback issue. We suggest that you perform a clean reinstall using the steps here. If that doesn't fix things it's a good idea to also check your hosts file for Spotify entries and remove any you find. This page explains how to do this.
