Deeplink of episode won't trigger Spotify desktop app playing

Hi,

I think this is a bug. Steps to re-produce:

1. Make sure you turn off completely Spotify Desktop app
2. Open browser
3. Parse this link at address bar spotify:episode:3OWPKdc4erp3oLTpdQQx3G
4. Spotify Desktop app will be opened, but won't automatically play

Note: This bug only happens for Podcast, the song works fine.

Configuration:

• OS: macOS Big Sur
• Browser: Chrome

Thank you for answering. What I observed is:

• with "podcast" => open via "uri" => Desktop app is opened and then "not" automatically played
• with "track" => open via "uri" => Desktop app is opened and then automatically played
• "context uri" => Desktop app is opened and in both cases, the player is not automatically played.

The behavior from both are not consistent.
