Deleted Songs keep playing

Hi,

I mix and change my playlists quite a lot and for the last 4 years or so Spotify continually plays deleted songs on multiple playlists.

I have been on this forum a couple of times and read people saying to delete the caches and restart, which I've done. I have reinstalled the program twice and it continues to happen. It's insanely frustrating and wondering if anyone else had the same issues or found a solution?
