[Desktop] My Desktop app isn't working

I'm running MacOS Big Sur, my spotify desktop app will come up, however it stays as a back screen, it has no functionality and I can't click on anything only minimise or maximise

Can you try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps.

If you're still having trouble, let me know what device this happens on, as well as the current software version. You can find this by going to  Menu > About This Mac.
