[Desktop][Other] Stop hiding the "start on login" option on macOS

On macOS, the application assumes you want it started every time you login or reboot. This isn't the case, as it slows down the start up on older devices. It used to be the setting for this was near the top, in preferences.  However, a semi-recent update has now hidden this option behind a "Show Advanced Settings" button.

I don't believe the option to start up an application when I login to my device should be an advanced option. This isn't a great experience, and it is doubly-worse by this strange hiding of the option.
