[Desktop][Other] ad freezes my screen on macbook

So my Spotify screen keeps freezing and the only reason i see is that an ad for AIRFrance that is on top of where the song progress bar is. The ad has a white background and the little plane avatar it has is moving but everything in my screen except for my mouse is frozen and i have to wait for it to unfreeze. I don't know why it happens so if and even if i turn off my computer for a while, even if restart my computer or force quit Spotify it just keeps on freezing and it wont go away or stop. Is there any other solution because i don't have one.
