[Desktop][Playlists] Bring back Recently Added view to playlists on desktop

The new desktop update has a "Date added" view but puts the oldest added songs at the top of the playlist. Previously you could switch between most recently added and least recently added and that view should return. For large playlists, viewing by most recently added is the most useful.
